Ahhh... yes..... My first VFR. This bike actually has a lot of history.

The story of my 1991 VFR750F

I got my ’91 VFR750F for the total cost of one 1987 KLR 250… yes, I traded my Kawasaki KLR 250 straight up to a guy for my VFR750. This is the bike I decided to use as a commuter to work, since I work about an hour away from home and I hated wasting tires on my CBR just droning along on the highway. This was the perfect compromise to that. So my VFR I kept for about a year, it was one of the only bikes I didn’t modify, only thing I added was heated grips and that’s literally it. After a year I decided to sell and get something newer (my 03 VFR800). I REALLY liked this bike, the way it handled was simply jaw dropping (because you expect to be a dog in the corners…. it’s not!!). I eventually crashed this bike, hit the side of my friend on his bike when we came to an emergency stop in which this bike’s brakes were not up to par (see those baby little calipers? lol). I learned a ton on this bike and I’ll never forget the way it made me feel. One day I wouldn’t mind owning another (with upgraded brakes of course!).
